In Youth Football, the girls continue to develop their mastery of ball, skills and match understanding by playing competitively in the Essex and Suffolk County Girls Football Leagues building up their understanding of tactics and game philosophy. Training continues to focus on positive play and further develops the girls understanding of positional play, with all players learning to defend, play in the midfield and attack. Through the league structure the team is also asked to represent SRYFC in various tournaments throughout the year.
Seven teams played today for Stanway Rovers Girls, look at those smiles. We are definitely leading the way in WeOnlyDoPositive month.
